The inn
A 1908 farmhouse, brought back to life
We're Dana and Luis. We spent two years restoring this old farmhouse: new plumbing, old heart pine floors, and a screened porch you won't want to leave.
Guests share the parlor, the porch, the library shelf and the fire pit down by the creek.

Flying in?Northwest Arkansas National Airport (XNA) is the closest, about 55 minutes away. Rent a car; there's no rideshare out here after dark.

What's your cancellation policy?
Cancel up to 14 days before arrival for a full refund. Inside 14 days we refund anything we're able to re-book. Holiday weekends and October need 30 days' notice.
Is there a minimum stay?
Two nights on Friday and Saturday. One night is fine Sunday through Thursday.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes, in the Creek Cottage. It has its own entrance and a fenced yard. We charge $35 per stay for up to two dogs.
Are children welcome?
Children 12 and over are welcome in the main house. The Creek Cottage and Hickory Suite sleep up to four and suit families of any age.
Is the inn accessible?
The Magnolia Room is on the ground floor with a step-free route from parking and a walk-in shower with grab bars. The other rooms are up a flight of stairs.
Do you have Wi-Fi and cell signal?
Fast fiber Wi-Fi throughout. Cell signal is patchy in the hollow, so Wi-Fi calling helps.
